RETURN POLICY

At BIZZRAD we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read our policy below:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included.

Exclusions: Some items are non-returnable

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at BizzradTechnologyAdvancements@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Exchange: We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item has a lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit. If the new item has a greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Store Credit: Returns will result in the exchange or issuance of store credit, which can be redeemed for future purchases on our website. Store credit will be equal to the original purchase price of the item, minus any discounts or promotions that were applied. Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code that can be applied at checkout on our website.
